DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS / PURCHASE ORDERS / CHECKS?
Yes, we accept all three forms of payment. Credit card payments can be done online or over the phone by calling 858-244-0498. Purchase orders can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to the contact information listed here
. Checks and can be sent to our office address here
. Please make checks payable to Tang Math LLC. We do not accept cash payments at this time.
CAN I REGISTER USING A PURCHASE ORDER?
Yes you can! Once you have filled in the information needed to complete your registration, choose "pay with purchase order" under payment method. For faster processing, purchase orders can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 858-408-2986.
DO YOU HAVE A PAPER REGISTRATION FORM?
We do have a paper registration form, although it is not the best way to ensure your spot is saved. We understand that sometimes teachers are required to have the paper registration form for their school, but in case of a sell-out event, we cannot guarantee your spot until your registration is processed. The best way to ensure your spot is saved is to complete our online registration form. Once you do your payment contact will receive an email automatically that contains all of our company information for payment. You can download our paper registration form here
WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?
Payments are due prior to the event. We do accept checks on site at the workshop. Please contact us at email@example.com prior to the event if payment will not be processed before the event to make special arrangements.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
For some events we offer group discounts and some events we utilize an early-bird discount instead. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for available discounts.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
We understand there are times where you may be unable to attend a conference you have registered for. If cancellation for a one-day workshop is done more than 30-days from the event, we will refund your registration cost minus a $50 administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30-days of the event. We will waive the cancellation fee by holding the balance paid to a future workshop hosted by Tang Math. Substitutions are allowed at any time. Please email us at email@example.com if you will not attend and would like to have a replacement added in your place.
CAN I GET AN INVOICE FOR MY REGISTRATION?
Yes, an invoice will be mailed to the billing address you listed. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a copy of an invoice or a receipt.
ARE YOU A VENDOR FOR MY DISTRICT?
There is a good possibility we have been added as a vendor in your district for a previous workshop, if so we would be listed as "Tang Math LLC". If we are not listed as a vendor, we would be glad to provide you the information you need to have us added. Email us at email@example.com
CAN I GET A COPY OF MY ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE?
Yes, certificates will be emailed the day after the workshop. (Please check your spam/junk folder just incase). We would be happy to send you a copy if you do not receive it. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DO YOU OFFER COLLEGE CREDIT FOR THIS WORKSHOP?
Our one-day workshops are eligible for.5 semester unit of college credit through Humboldt State University at the cost of $25. These courses are offered primarily for elective or professional development purposes. https://extended.humboldt.edu/ee/html/contractcredit/
WHAT TIME IS THE EVENT AND WHERE IS THE LOCATION?
Our workshops are from 8:30am - 3:00pm. Onsite registration begins at 8:00am with coffee and danishes. A deli lunch is also provided at noon. Workshop locations can be found on our website https://store.tangmath.com/products/registration or email us at email@example.com
